The beautiful SKIRTALL packages must be available for every manufacturer, which is why we have a technical solution for every application, capacity and budget. We can split our machinery in two groups:

Industrial application

The well-known sealing machine manufacturers can process SKIRTALL for industrial food producers. You need an adapted sealing tool which not only seals a film on a packaging, but also turns it into an attractive SKIRTALL packaging. These sealing tools are available for all capacities, from 600 to 6,000 packages per hour (depending on type, size of packaging and investment). These sealing machines can be expanded with many options such as labelling, coding, control systems, resealable films, insert cups and more.

Flexible applications

Our partner for this is Audion. Audion develops and builds these table sealing machines for caterers, restaurants, fast food chains, retailers, local for local/regional producers, start-ups, etc. Standard are the MSS cupsealer for cups with a 90 mm diameter in different heights and the MSS traysealer for ready meals, in different heights and possible compartments. Of course other packaging are also possible when it comes to a purchase of several HSA machines. Capacity depends on the packaging materials and operator, on average between 200 and 400 packs per minute. The sealing machines are manufactured in Germany, which ensures great quality.
